First look at Gwyneth Paltrow and Brad Falchuk’s newly completed Montecito ‘eco mansion’ after SEVEN years of construction – boasts Olympic-size pool, four bedrooms and two acres of land

According to recent overhead photos shot over the weekend, Gwyneth Paltrow and Brad Falchuk’s enormous eco-friendly Montecito property appears to be finished after seven years of development.

The exterior landscaping of the gigantic home, which features an Olympic-sized pool, has finally been finished.

The 14,000 square foot house was initially bought by Gwyneth and Brad for $4.9 million in 2016.

Even though the house already had four bedrooms and four bathrooms, it was said to require substantial work when they purchased it.

The power couple planted more trees on the property and put 60 solar panels.

The house is situated on a sizable piece of property, and the landscaping looks finished.

Only the grass surrounding the newly finished pool was completed in 2021; bushes, trees, and a stone walkway had already been added.

On the property, there are two single-family residences, one of which is located across from the large pool and the other across from the stone walkway.

Additionally, the driveway’s landscaping was improved.

Paltrow purchased the home in 2016 for just $4.9 million, and since then, it has become the preferred area for high-profile celebrities looking for serenity away from the bustle of Los Angeles.
