Step Inside Rihanna’s $10M Tudor-style Estate above Beverly Hills

It has been less than two years since Rihanna paid exactly $10 million for a Tudor-style estate in the hills above Beverly Hills, which is adjacent to another estate she owns. Now, the Barbadian icon is attempting to sell the property with a price increase of half a million dollars, seeking just under $10.5 million.

Built in the 1930s but extensively renovated during the singer’s tenure, the gated property comprises a main residence and distinct guest apartment atop the two-car garage, for a total of four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and more than 5,000 square feet of living space.

As for the primary residence, the main level features a gourmet kitchen with high-end stainless appliances, an eat-in island, and an adjacent breakfast alcove, as well as a family room with French doors leading to the backyard. Other rooms include a living room with a vaulted ceiling, a formal dining room that opens to a covered al fresco terrace, and a fireplace-heated media room.

Three bedrooms are located upstairs, including a master suite with a fireplace, seating area, private balcony, and a luxurious bathroom with a clawfoot tub and marble shower. Outdoors, a pool flanked by a pavilion with a fire pit, a half basketball court, numerous lounging and entertaining areas, and the aforementioned guest apartment with its own bedroom, living room, kitchenette, and office space is featured.

In addition to her adjacent Beverly Hills mansions, the billionaire singer/entrepreneur also possesses several other luxury properties, including a recently acquired $21 million Century City penthouse.
