Drake and his friends party all night at his expensive YOLO mansion

Drake, a Canadian rapper, musician, and actor, just sold his YOLO estate in Los Angeles for $12 million.

A mechanical bull and a grotto pool with a swim-up bar are two of the many things that this about 12,500-square-foot estate has to offer for living like a hip hop star in the celebrity-filled neighborhood of Hidden Hills.

The listing with Branden and Rayni Williams of Beverly Hills Estates says, “The YOLO estate is a jaw-dropping resort-style home tucked away in the ultra-exclusive, guard-gated enclave of Hidden Hills.” This is a reference to the “you only live once” slogan. This English Tudor is the perfect mix of country charm and modern convenience. It is in a quiet cul-de-sac and is surrounded by equestrian paths.

Drake, whose full name is Aubrey Drake Graham and who is 35 years old, paid $7.7 million for the house in 2012. Listing paperwork says that the singer of “Wait for U,” “Toosie Slide,” and “Way 2 Sexy” first put the house on the market in March for $14.8 million. At the beginning of May, they made a deal.

Because the sale’s records have not yet become available, Mansion Global was unable to identify the buyer.

The main house has vaulted ceilings, six fireplaces, a recording studio and lounge, a home theater, a wine cellar, and a tasting area, according to the listing. It can be reached by a stone bridge. Also, there is a about 2,000-square-foot master bedroom suite with seating and a bar area, a bathroom with two vanities and soaking tubs with marble surrounds, and a wood-paneled bookshelf that serves as its entrance.

The listing said that in addition to the swim-up bar, the pool area had an 80-foot rock waterslide, waterfalls, and many TVs. There are also stalls, a sand volleyball court, and a tennis/basketball court.
