Lil Nas X’s $2.4 million hillside home in Sherman Oaks is a show-stopper

Lil Nas X, who is also known as Montero Hill, recently bought a renovated 1950s home in Sherman Oaks for about $2.4 million and became a homeowner. The hillside home had a lot of work done to it over the past four years, and it was last sold for just under $1 million in 2017.

The house has a two-car garage high above the street and a waterfall that flows into a pond and leads to the front door, which is made of clear glass. Inside, the great room has separate areas for dining and living. It has a stone mantel with a linear fireplace and wide-plank hardwood floors. Some of the walls and ceilings are all white, and there is recessed lighting in those areas.

The kitchen is right next to the living room. It has a long island and high-end appliances, like two ovens and a wine fridge. The main living areas are right next to a glass pocket door that leads to a balcony with a breathtaking view of the skyline of the San Fernando Valley.

Each of the four bedrooms in the house has its own full bathroom. Two of the rooms are set up as a gym and an office, and the master bedroom has a private balcony with a wide view. The master bedroom also has a custom-built walk-in closet and a bathroom with two vanities and a soaking tub.

The listing says that there is a “secret room” in the house. The backyard has a wooden deck that goes all the way up to the skyline. There isn’t a traditional swimming pool, but there is an elevated jacuzzi-style unit with separate pool and spa parts.

Lil Nas X’s real estate investment, which he made when he was just 21 years old, is a big step in his career and financial journey.
