According to Luxhabitat Sotheby’s International Realty, the listing agency for the property, the Marble Palace is a testament to the dedication and craftsmanship of the team involved in its creation. It took 70 skilled artisans over nine months to meticulously apply 700,000 sheets of gold leaf to embellish the property. The design of the palace was inspired by royal palaces and residences, with the team making frequent trips to Europe during a rigorous 12-year research and analysis process.

The mansion features two domes and hand-carved glass pieces crafted by 17 expert French artists. The formal dining room is highlighted as the centerpiece of the home, featuring the coral reef aquarium and a custom precious stone and crystal dining table.

Additional luxurious amenities in the Marble Palace include a sweeping dual staircase, an indoor koi fishpond, a pool room with mother of pearl details, a steam room, sauna, and the aforementioned 24-carat gold hot tub. There’s also a “presidential” home office, a gym, a primary bedroom suite spanning over 3,800 square feet, and a 16-car garage.

This extraordinary property represents the epitome of opulence and luxury living in Dubai’s Emirates Hills community.
