Grammy Award-winning rapper and actor Drake, also known as Aubrey Drake Graham, has put his Beverly Hills megamansion on the market for nearly $88 million. This decision comes just over a year after Drake purchased the property for $75 million, as indicated by listing records.
The Tuscan-style estate sits on almost 20 acres and is described as an “exquisite celebrity compound.” It is located at the end of a long gated driveway, not far from the Beverly Hills Hotel. Drake acquired the property from British musician Robbie Williams, who, in turn, had purchased it from Armand Marciano, the co-founder of Guess.
The listing is being managed by Branden and Rayni Williams of Williams & Williams at The Beverly Hills Estates, but they declined to provide further comments on the sale. Marc Bretter of Oakwood Realty Corporation is also involved in handling the sale.
Drake’s Beverly Hills megamansion spans approximately 25,000 square feet and is described as being perfectly designed for grand-scale entertaining and showcasing world-class art collections. The property offers stunning views of canyons, the city, and the ocean, making it a truly luxurious estate.
The main house of the mansion features seven bedrooms and an impressive 13 bathrooms, providing ample space for residents and guests. Additionally, it includes formal living and dining rooms, a gourmet kitchen with a breakfast room, a library, and two family rooms. One of the family rooms also serves as a screening room, offering a dedicated space for entertainment within the home. With its extensive amenities and expansive layout, this mansion is designed for a lavish and comfortable lifestyle.
