Inside Ed Sheeran and wife Cherry’s incredible £3.7 million Suffolk estate where they’re raising their two daughters

Singer Ed Sheeran and Wife Cherry Welcome Second Child in Secret, Maintaining Nine-Month Pregnancy Privacy in Their Idyllic £3.7 Million Suffolk Estate.

“Ed Sheeran and Wife Cherry Welcome Their Second Daughter, a Sister for Two-Year-Old Lyra, in a Heartfelt Announcement”

“Singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran, known for chart-topping hits, is celebrating the arrival of their second daughter with wife Cherry, keeping the pregnancy a secret for the entire nine months. The couple, residing in their idyllic £3.7 million Suffolk estate, couldn’t be happier with their growing family.

Ed, 31, proudly revealed the news with a touching photo of baby booties in an incubator, reminiscent of the tiny socks he used when announcing Lyra’s birth. Overwhelmed with love for their new addition, Ed expressed, ‘I want to let you all know we’ve had another beautiful baby girl. We are both so in love with her, and over the moon to now be a family of four.’

Last year, he mentioned his desire to expand the family, but the couple kept the pregnancy a closely guarded secret, only sharing it with their nearest and dearest.

Their Suffolk estate provides ample space for their growing family, boasting a gym, pool, treehouse, and a separate bungalow. However, in 2020, Ed faced challenges as foxes threatened his prize egg-laying chickens. He has since reinforced their coop to protect his precious stock.

Additionally, Ed’s expansion of the property, affectionately called ‘Sheeranville,’ has raised concerns among neighbors due to ongoing construction work. Despite his fame, he recently lost a legal battle against his neighbor’s extension next to his estate, known for its transformation into a mini-village over the past seven years.”

This week it emerged the superstar now plans to build a massive outdoor kitchen and BBQ at his estate in Suffolk

“Ed Sheeran, the artist renowned for hits like ‘Plus’ and ‘Multiply,’ has transformed his residence into a lavish haven, complete with remarkable features such as an orangery and a spiral wine cellar.

Ed, who recently celebrated becoming a father-of-two, openly expressed his desire to expand his family. In an exclusive interview with The Sun before the release of his latest album last October, he shared, ‘I’d love more kids, man, I’d love it. But it does depend on what Cherry wants too because it’s her body. I’m really proud of Cherry as a mother. She’s such an incredible human, I’m just in awe. She did a whole Cambridge degree which she started two weeks before giving birth. I went to her graduation at Jesus College, and people were saying like, ‘How did she do this with a baby?’’

Here’s how Ed, who hails from the historic town of Framlingham just two miles away, has turned this tranquil enclave into a millionaire’s paradise, ideal for his family:

1. A VAST, MODERN DETACHED FARMHOUSE serves as the centerpiece of the estate. Acquired in June 2012 for £895,000, it boasts a billiards room and an additional ‘man cave’ that includes a recording studio and a jacuzzi.

2. A 16TH CENTURY GRADE II LISTED FARMHOUSE was added to Ed’s property portfolio for £450,000 in the same year.

3. A FOUR-BEDROOM HOME located in front of his farmhouse was purchased in September 2016 for £925,000.”

He plans to create an outdoor kitchen fitted with BBQs and a pizza oven

4: A BUNGALOW situated near his property was acquired at a bargain price of £525,000 in 2017.

5: THE PUB, complete with a variety of beers, received planning approval in 2017, with the condition that bricks and tiles in line with the original barn were used. This unique establishment includes underground rooms featuring a spacious 35ft by 20ft cinema and a 6ft wide tunnel connecting it to the main house. Initial concerns from planning officials centered around the pub’s 16ft sign, “The Lancaster Lock,” in honor of his wife Cherry Lancaster Seaborn, potentially affecting the area’s ‘character.’ However, they ultimately allowed Ed to retain it.

It would be the latest addition to his already huge countryside 'village'
